What You'll Do :

Lead Security Services Portfolio : Manage Aryaka's growing security services portfolio, defining new offerings and product enhancements. Create detailed PRD / MRDs to guide engineering teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Aryaka's sales, service delivery, UI / UX, and engineering teams across the globe (California, Germany, and India) to design and launch security products and services.
Technology Partnerships : Work with technology partners to negotiate contracts and manage relationships, ensuring synergy and alignment with Aryaka's strategic goals.
Customer Engagement : Actively engage with customers to identify use cases and technical requirements. Assist them in adopting and deploying new functionality and services. Drive beta testing and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Sales Support : Assist sales teams in evangelizing and deploying new products and Go-To-Market initiatives. Create compelling business cases for new product initiatives and present them to Aryaka's executive team.
Marketing Collaboration : Collaborate with product marketing teams on marketing campaigns and messaging to drive product growth.

Your Performance Objectives :

Define requirements and business cases for Security Services, solidifying Aryaka's position as a leading SASE provider.

Drive adoption and measure the success of Aryaka's security services, addressing any adoption barriers.

Collaborate with UI / UX product managers and engineering teams to enhance the MyAryaka customer portal.

Manage partner relationships on contractual, development, commercial, and go-to-market levels.

Stay updated on market trends and competitive moves in the security domain.

Create relevant collateral and content for product launches and field training in coordination with product marketing and sales engineering.

Your Short-Term Goals :

Within the first 30 days, take control of partner relationships and customer trials, immerse yourself in Aryaka's strategy, and understand the technology stack.

In the first quarter, take ownership of new features and services, engage with customers to determine MVP, and shape the security vision and roadmap.

Within the first six months, measure success by customer adoption, influence Aryaka's security development, and work closely with key stakeholders to evangelize Aryaka's SASE portfolio.

Experience :

Technical Experience : 10 years of experience in the networking security industry that includes progressively responsible roles in product management, engineering, or related areas. Additionally, you will have a deep understanding of network security technologies, including software-defined perimeter, encryption, next-generation firewalls, and secure web gateways.

Curiosity and Energy : Your inquisitive nature, high energy, and collaborative spirit are your assets for success. You're driven by a sense of urgency and a passion to excel.

Global Mindset : You have worked seamlessly across different time zones, from North America and Europe to the Asia Pacific regions.
