We are seeking dependable, team-oriented hospitality professionals - both in our kitchen and our dining room - who are driven to deliver our brand of Legendary Hospitality.
What will you do?
You will be the invaluable heart of our operation- the person who supports our culinary team by ensuring a clean and organized work environment while also assisting in food preparation, storage and other important tasks as needed. You will be integral to helping our kitchen adhere to required health and safety standards which ensures a productive work environment for all team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver our promise of Legendary Hospitality
Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, walls, sinks, equipment, etc.) clean and sanitized
Sweep and mop floors at beginning, middle and end of shifts
Wash cookware, utensils, plateware, cutlery, etc. efficiently to keep them in rotation
Arrange and maintain organization of equipment and ingredient shelves
Rotate food ingredients to maintain freshness “first-in, first-out”
Assist with routine food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, portioning, etc.
Take out the garbage
Requirements
Team player who learns fast and has an interest in kitchen-related work
The ability to stand for several hours at a time
Ability to work unsupervised in a busy restaurant environment
Patience and cool-headedness
Compensation: Hourly
Compensation Range: Starting at $14/hr benefits (as outlined in Employee Handbook)
