We are seeking dependable, team-oriented hospitality professionals - both in our kitchen and our dining room - who are driven to deliver our brand of Legendary Hospitality.
What will you do?
You will be a pivotal player in our team’s ability to deliver our promise of Legendary Hospitality to each and every guest that chooses to join us, whether in our home or in theirs. You will elevate and enhance your role; you won’t simply take orders and deliver food. You will execute a style of service that is polite yet highly detailed, efficient yet authentically personable. You will be well-versed in not only the food and drinks we serve, but also our Queso Club Loyalty, Steps of Service and Suggestive Selling programs which are geared to enhance the guest experience, drive company revenue and, ultimately, help you earn more income.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver our promise of Legendary Hospitality
Greet and escort customers to their tables; recognize Queso Club Loyalty Members for their visit
Present menu and provide detailed information according to our Steps of Service
Offer food and drink recommendations, present specials and implement our Suggestive Selling program
Take accurate food and drink orders and use P.O.S. and Loyalty software
Serve food and drink orders, both for the guests you are responsible for along with your teammates
Clear and clean tables of dishes, silverware, linens, etc.
Attend daily staff meetings to review daily specials, changes on the menu, service specifications
Comply with all food and beverage regulations; follow all relevant health department regulations
Requirements
Team player with proven hospitality experience as a server or service professional
High-level listening and communication skills supported by strong organizational and multitasking skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing/moving for several hours at a time
Patience and cool-headedness
Sales background is a plus
Compensation: Hourly
Compensation Range: Starting at $40/hr tips benefits (as outlined in Employee Handbook)
