We are looking for a strategic Director of Retail Sales to drive growth and expand brand presence, particularly with key partners like Ulta and Sephora. This role would report into the VP of Sales Strategy and help lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across our brands.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 Annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners, with a focus on Ulta and Sephora.
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to drive brand success.
- Mentor and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of retail sales experience in color cosmetics, skin care, or body care.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or related major preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth from the brand side (not the buy side).
- Strong relationships and experience working with Ulta and/or Sephora.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills
