About the Role:
- We are seeking a talented individual to join our supportive team to assist with the smooth operation of our office. You will contribute significantly to client care, employee management, and overall administrative functions. This role demands strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to honesty, compassion, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Client and Employee Support: Answering phones, triaging calls, managing client and employee schedules, and addressing a variety of requests.
- Staffing Management: Identifying and addressing staffing needs, assisting in the recruitment process, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and providing ongoing training and guidance to employees in accordance with company policy.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining client and employee files, ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies and regulations, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- On-Call Responsibilities: Participation in an on-call rotation approximately every 10th week, ensuring availability to answer phones and provide essential support during non-business hours.
- Flexibility and Support: During periods of staffing crisis or urgent client needs, offering assistance to ensure client needs are met, exhibiting flexibility, and contributing to the timely and compassionate resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similarly fast-paced administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Proven ability in maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
