AS&T, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gate / Access Control Technician to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $52,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience. We're looking for an individual with a strong background in the security industry, extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, and a talent for troubleshooting access control equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair access control systems from various manufacturers, including phone entry systems, gate operators, card readers, door strikes, RFID antennas, and cameras.
- Perform computer networking tasks and basic IP configuration for system integration.
- Program and configure basic access control systems.
- Use critical thinking to diagnose and resolve system issues independently.
- Work autonomously while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of service tasks and updates for each project.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in access control, low-voltage systems, gate operators, or related fields.
- Strong working knowledge of security and access control systems.
- Positive attitude with the ability to lead and support team members effectively.
- Extremely detailed and organized, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with additional overtime earning potential for the weekend and voluntary emergency on-call pay.
