We are hiring for experienced Sales HVAC Service Technician. In addition to unlimited earning potential, we offer our employees the following benefits and perks :
- Compensation : $26 per hour commission (total yearly compensation averaging above $130k)

Job Responsibilities :
As an HVAC Residential Service Technician at SWP Services, you will work directly with homeowners to diagnose HVAC issues and present repair / replacement options. You will advocate for the customer, the business and actively seek out opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will provide each customer a Five Star experience as you deliver service & repair heating, and air-conditioning systems in their homes.
