As You Wish Electric is seeking an Install Coordinator to join our growing team!
You will provide coordination support to the Install Manager to smoothly schedule and install projects sold by our sales while ensuring customers needs are met.
Competitive compensation : $24-28 per hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm
Company phone and laptop.
Weekly pay : Every Friday!

Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide excellent communication to customers from the beginning to end of projects.
Develop project timelines, milestones, and schedules, considering factors such as weather conditions, resource, availability, and potential obstacles.
Scheduling : Moving jobs around to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Verifying permits are pulled and scheduling inspections during various stages of the installation process.
Monitor and manage the availability of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to avoid delay and setbacks.
Collaborate with the Project Managers for invoicing, rebate processing, equipment registration, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Create and maintain an efficient process of completing projects with 100% customer satisfaction.
Manage dispatching and submission of permit requests then follow up with the cities to receive them in a timely manner.
Collaborate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for electrical installation projects.
