Asa Carlton, Inc. is a leading commercial construction company headquartered in Georgia. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Executive to lead our new build projects nationwide across the entire US.
Job Description
As a Commercial Construction Executive, you will be responsible for managing multiple new construction commercial construction projects simultaneously. This includes providing management oversight for all phases of construction projects from beginning to end, developing and managing project budget, determining and defining scope of work and deliverables, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Develop and manage project budget to ensure job profitability.
- Determine and define scope of work and deliverables and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Allocate and manage resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, and extensive experience in ground-up new construction.
