Asa Carlton, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ground-up new construction, particularly in Restaurant, Fuel Station/Convenience Store, and Retail projects.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing oversight for all phases of construction, developing and managing project budgets, determining and defining scope of work and deliverables, negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors, allocating and managing resources, planning and maintaining critical path scheduling, coordinating and managing RFI and Submittal processes, and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
This position requires a strong understanding of construction procedures, project management principles, quality and health and safety standards, MS Office Suite, and project management software tools. Additionally, the ability to learn client online portals, negotiate change orders, and multitask is essential.
