Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Provide detailed explanations of insurance policies and help clients understand their coverages.
- Resolve complaints and answer questions related to claims, premiums, and other service issues.
- Assist in processing transactions like policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions for customer needs and improve overall service efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must have adequate means of transportation for travel to the office.
- Currently have or willing to obtain a Michigan Producer Property & Casualty license.
