Position Overview :
The Creative Designer for the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA) is a key role responsible for shaping the organization’s visual identity and enhancing its digital presence. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative consistent visuals, maintaining visuals on SDPA’s website, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital content across multiple platforms. This individual will collaborate with various departments to maintain brand consistency, support marketing, education, membership, and advocacy efforts, and enhance the organization’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Graphic Design : Create visually compelling designs for SDPA’s marketing materials, social media campaigns, presentations, sales pitch decks, and promotional collateral, ensuring alignment with the organization's brand identity.
- Website and App Management : Maintain and update the SDPA website, and mobile apps ensuring a user-friendly experience with relevant, accurate, and timely content.
- Content Development : Collaborate with internal teams to design and post graphics, videos, and other digital content, optimizing user engagement and accessibility.
- Brand Consistency : Uphold brand guidelines across all platforms and channels to maintain a unified, professional appearance.
- UI / UX Optimization : Work to improve the website’s user interface and experience (UI / UX), ensuring the site is responsive, functional, and optimized for SEO.
- Technical Maintenance : Troubleshoot website issues, perform regular audits, and ensure security and functionality with the IT team.
- Email Campaigns : Design and manage visual elements for email campaigns, including newsletters, event promotions, and member communications.
- Analytics : Track and report on website performance metrics, suggesting improvements based on data insights.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, communications, and events teams to support initiatives such as conferences, webinars, and other SDPA activities.
