Summary
The Full Stack Web Developer Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital presence of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and solutions that support APTA’s digital channels serving members, consumers and other key constituencies. The ideal candidate will possess a robust skill set in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and user experience across APTA's web sites. Works with key internal contacts to develop and execute modifications, enhancements, and additions to APTA’s digital platforms, applications, and products. This position is also responsible for defining technical requirements for web related projects, offering supporting technical and digital tools to enhance objectives and ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion. Defines and supports opportunities for continuous quality improvement in department activities. Effective champion of the Association vision, mission, and brand.
This position directs implementation of strategies on Association priorities in the following areas :
- Web Application Development
- Content Management System (CMS) Design, Maintenance and Development
- Data tracking and implementation
- Server-Side Logic Implementation
- Continuous Testing and Improvement
