SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist will assist with recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees, including conducting interviews, administering pre-employment tests, and processing new hire paperwork
Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision and 401k plans
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Conduct investigation and provide guidance on employee relations issues
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Manage the offboarding process for terminated employees
Requirements
Completion of a Bachelors’ degree in Human Services or equivalent experience (i.e. Three or more years of experience Human Resources)
Active Driver’s License
Familiarity with ADP
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
