Position Summary
The Manager of Practice Operations is responsible for managing all facets of practice operations for assigned practice(s), to include management of: support personnel; financial and budget performance; patient flow; facilities; supplies and equipment; telecommunications; physician/provider scheduling; patient appointment scheduling; patient relations/experience; front-end revenue cycle operations; clinic staff development; electronic medical record support and optimization; quality improvement and LEAN initiatives; and practice development. In so doing, directly manages all practice support staff while working in strong and active collaboration with APP providers and key health system and community leaders.
They also ensure effective day-to-day practice operations in accordance with Asante's mission, vision and values. There may be an emphasis on worker's compensation and support of managing relationships with local and industry partners who utilize Occupational Health Services.
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive clinic experience to include formal leadership. Experience in group practice setting, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field, preferred.
- CMPE: Certified Medical Practice Executive certification from the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), preferred.
