Our practice is based at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, a 125-bed regional referral hospital serving a robust referral area of approximately 625,000 people. - Year 1 : Competitive base salary
- Year 2 : Compensation is the greater of the annual base or $ / wRVU-based salary, plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
