General job duties.

Types of procedures required.

Care for all age ranges (peds - geriatrics), 4 : 1 patient ratio, Level 2.

Equipment utilized in the unit / dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) GE cardiac monitors, zoll defibrillators, Epic EMR, Omnicell medication dispensing unit.

Required skills and minimum years of experience : 3 years preferred, level 2 or 1 experience required.

Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required.

Schedule Information

Mid shifts and nights, no call

Unit Specific Information

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit : 4 : 1

Dress Code : Scrubs

Will attend nursing and hospital orientation, will provide 2 twelve hour orientation shifts on the unit with a preceptor
