Job Details
Professional caregiver responsible and accountable for his / her practice for assigned patient(s).
Utilizing the nursing process, the RN delivers superb health care in a compassionate manner, is committed to excellence and empowered to streamline and improve operations.
Will be working in all Critical Care units and floated throughout as needed.
Job Requirements
Oregon License
ACLS
2 years minimum critical care experience
Experience with EPIC
Schedule Information
12 hour shifts
Every other weekend (may need to work consecutive weekends to accommodate requested time off)
Scheduled call is not required, but can be put on mandatory stand by due to low census for their regularly scheduled shift.
Unit Specific Information
Will float to ICU, IMCU, CVICU, ED first and then Medical Surgical, telemetry, post surgical, ortho neuro, and BHU
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit : 1 : 1, 1 : 2 in ICU and CVICU, 1 : 3 in IMCU
Each shift has CNA / US, MT, unencumbered charge RN, and Break RN(s) as staffing allows

2 years minimum critical care experience
