Job Details
General job duties related to Radiation Oncology.
Types of procedures required include external beam radiation therapy patient treatments on Varian 21EX and Tomotherapy treatment machines.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years experience in external beam radiation therapy patient treatment delivery on Varian 21EX and / or Accuray Tomotherapy treatment machines.
ARRT certification required.
OBMI (Oregon Board of Medical Imaging) certification required.
BLS certification required.
Schedule Information
Regular work days - Monday to Friday, approximately 8-5 depending on patient load.
Therapist will not work alone on treatment machines; 2 therapists on each machine.
Weekends are not required unless needed for patient treatment due to machine issues.
Unit Specific Information
Dedicated to Radiation Oncology department only; no floating to other departments.
Business casual dress code, scrubs, no open-toed shoes.
