Salary : Starting at $23.29 an hour and increases are based on qualifications and years of experience in the field. Plus, you will earn on extra $1.38 shift differentials for working weekend hours. Position Summary
The Pharmacy Information Technician reports to department leadership and functions under the direction and guidance of the Pharmacy Resource Supervisor and Pharmacy Clinical Managers. In this role, the Pharmacy Info Tech provides support services to maintain the pharmacy information systems and other technology used by the pharmacy. Support services may include, but are not limited to, implementation, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, training, and maintenance of established system applications; working with data analytics and metrics to generate action plans; working in partnership with leadership to produce reports as requested; interacting with customers through various phases of implementation and maintenance; and coordinating problem resolution with support services and vendors.
As a Pharmacy Information Tech at Asante, you will have the opportunity to :
- Work and collaborate with leaders on a system-wide level to problem solve various system issues or challenges
- Provide support services such as implementation, integration, troubleshooting, integration, and testing on pharmacy systems
