Position Qualifications
Experience
- 2 years prior relevant experience in a hospital, home care, outpatient, or skilled nursing setting, required
- Current internal Asante employees must also have at least six months prior experience at Asante Rehabilitation Services, required
- Ability to adhere to and maintain expertise regarding federal and state regulations and specific carrier requirements, required
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- PT: Physical Therapist license by Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board or PT-CP: Physical Therapist Compact Privilege (PTCC), required
- BCOCS: Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (ABPTS), required
