Asante is seeking a Hospice Medical Director physician to join our Hospice program in Medford, Oregon. Our program provides comprehensive Hospice Services throughout Jackson and Josephine Counties. Candidates must be skilled in Hospice and Palliative medicine.

Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Excellent communication. Experience in working within an interdisciplinary care team setting. Skilled in symptom management.
License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges - this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
