Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership : Demonstrate a hands-on working knowledge of food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality service and compliance.
- Health and Safety Compliance : Implement and monitor strict adherence to state and local Board of Health regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Provide training to staff on industry-standard food and beverage practices to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
- Staff Management : Develop effective staffing schedules that align with operational needs and budget constraints. Ensure thorough training and enforcement of closing duties to maintain cleanliness and organization. Address issues related to overstaffing and excessive labor hours to optimize efficiency.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all dining and kitchen areas. Ensure exceptional table service and a superior guest experience. Implement procedures to guarantee that all areas are properly cleaned and maintained, and that staff adhere to their closing duties.
