Here at ASAP Heating and Air we are a small, busy, fast paced office. With only a handful of office employees, we all wear many hats. The main responsibility of the dispatcher is to answer the phones and schedule service calls. Communication is key when it comes to understanding what the customer needs and dispatching the appropriate service technician for the job. We are looking for someone with excellent phone skills, and the ability to stay organized and multi-task on a daily basis.
Knowledge of Microsoft is a must.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
