Job Overview
Brand new location opening In Elkhart. We are staffing for all positions including: sales, business development, customer service, marketing and administrative roles.
Our Manager In Training(MIT) position is a full time entry level position in the management career path. The trainee will be responsible for learning the daily operations with the ultimate goal of moving up the ladder into a Manager position.
Within the first 2-5 months you can be promoted which will lead to an increase in annual pay of up to 40%
With training, development, mentorship and a culture of promotions from within you will always be progressing in this role.
Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading team meetings and encouraging staff development.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers and team members professionally.
- A background in customer service that demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the customer experience is preferred not not required.
