ACCOUNT MANAGER

Position Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for business development and client relationship management, including client prospecting, increasing the client book of business, and driving revenue growth. This position requires proactive marketing, consistent client communication, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through surveys and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities, building and growing a portfolio of clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Revenue Growth: Drive growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts and generating new revenue streams.
- Marketing & Client Communication: Develop and implement strategies to market services to clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by regularly seeking client feedback, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, sales activity, client feedback, and business development efforts.
- Surveys & Feedback: Implement and manage client surveys to monitor satisfaction and improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong ability to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
