Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Answer and assist with a minimum of 90% of inbound calls.
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Help maintain the ATS system to ensure candidate information is current and accurate.
- Staffing and Coordination:
- Support the staffing of offices that are short-staffed by managing the assignment and placement of personnel.
- Oversee the onboarding and orientation of temporary personnel.
- Ensure all personnel are informed of job expectations, schedules, and any special requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance, addressing issues as they arise.

- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to conduct interviews effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
