Position Overview:
The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently filling job requests by placing and coordinating talent at assigned job sites, ensuring seamless communication with property managers or designated staff. This role will also involve solving day-to-day issues, maintaining an up-to-date CRM, generating regular reports, and ensuring overall client satisfaction with staff placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Coordination: Match and place qualified talent to fill staffing needs at various properties/job sites.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and onsite staff to ensure satisfaction with talent placements.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes, client updates, and other relevant information.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on talent placements, job-site issues, and client feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Address staffing issues quickly and efficiently, providing support to both employees and clients as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all staffing placements meet company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
