Routine Maintenance:

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Apartment Repairs:

• Address resident requests for repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Fix or replace appliances, fixtures, doors, and windows as needed.
• Conduct drywall repairs, painting, and touch-ups.

Groundskeeping:

• Maintain the appearance of the grounds by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and removing debris.
• Ensure proper functioning of irrigation systems.
• Snow removal during winter months.

Safety Compliance:

• Identify and address safety hazards promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
• Report any unsafe conditions to the management.

Communication:

• Provide clear communication with residents regarding maintenance schedules and access to their units.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize and plan maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance work.
