Mill Manager (JN -122024-5611)

Are you a manufacturing mastermind?

We're seeking a dynamic Mill Manager to lead our client’s team in Robstown, TX.

As a Mill Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the ERW production line.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in steel mill ERW production management
• A deep understanding of API 5CT and 5L standards
• Able to work nights, weekends or holidays to meet customer demands

Education Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve production goals.
• Optimize Operations: Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Prioritize Safety: Keep safety at the forefront of all operations.
• Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
