  • Proven Success : 2 years in a BDR, SDR, or similar role in inside or outside sales.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Goal-Oriented : Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow.
  • Relationship Builder : Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable : Able to connect with clients across various industries.
