As a Customer Operations Manager, you’ll be a vital part of their sales planning team, ensuring seamless retailer supply chain operations and driving efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in supply chain management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams, playing a key role in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless execution across departments.

Experience Requirements

What You Bring to the Table :

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or technical customer support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience in advanced supply chain modeling techniques (optimization algorithms, simulation, machine learning).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus!
  • Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do :

  • Retail Partner Collaboration : Build and nurture strong relationships with retailer operations teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance supply chain performance.
  • Performance Optimization : Improve key supply chain metrics, including in-stock levels, weeks of supply, GMROII, and OTIF metrics, ensuring smooth product availability.
  • Risk Management : Proactively identify potential supply chain challenges—like inventory shortages or transportation delays—and lead cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Sales & Operations Alignment : Act as a bridge between sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination to meet internal and external supply chain needs.
  • Retail Merchandising Execution : Oversee the implementation of merchandising strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations to guarantee timely and complete execution.
  • Strategic Planning : Partner with operations to develop and execute supply chain strategies that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate overall performance.
