We're seeking a dynamic Mill Manager to lead our client’s team in Robstown, TX. 

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually

As a Mill Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the ERW production line.

• At least 5 years of experience in steel mill ERW production management.
• A deep understanding of API 5CT and 5L standardsAble to work nights, weekends or holidays to meet customer demands

• High School degree or equivalentBilingual (Englis & Spanish) is a plus

• Lead the Team: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve production goals.
• Optimize Operations: Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Prioritize Safety: Keep safety at the forefront of all operations.
• Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
