Job Title- Data Entry 1- Risk Engineering Services Associate
Job Summary :
The main function of a Risk Engineering Services Associate - Data Entry 1 is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing accurate information documentation and personal project management.
Job Responsibilities :
Perform general office duties such as internet research for specific information, updating record management systems, and performing basic data entry with high quality results.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and report in various proprietary systems.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Skills :
Verbal and written communication skills,
multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Excellent computer skills are a must, experience with applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and OneNote is preferred.
Education / Experience :
High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years' experience required.
