• Experience leading and driving Oracle Cloud Implementation
• Experience in creating Project financials.
• Thorough working knowledge of SDLC models/methodologies, including waterfall and
agile, IT Systems and processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation to
projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and Oracle Team for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• A clear understanding of the Statement of Works,
• Project scope and objectives
• Act as a change agent to improve overall processes and programs.
• Guide the implementation team and SMEs throughout the project lifecycle to meet
applicable business requirements.
• Support developing and deploying project management standards, guidelines, and
processes. Experience in understanding Oracle Consulting delivery standards is a plus.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with Oracle and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and
long-term goals.
• Meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting to project constraints based on financial
analysis is a plus.
• Develop comprehensive project plans.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
• Ready for Sunrise and Sunset meetings.
• Experience in running steering committee meetings.
• Knowledge of PPM Pro is a plus.
• Working for a State Agency or in the Public Sector as a consultant or an employee is a
plus.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Seven (7) years of proven working experience in project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management Professional
PMP certification is a plus
