Responsibilities
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting arrangements
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using Google Suite
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role as an Office Assistant or related position
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience as a personal assistant or office clerk is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures
