The General Sales Manager will ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The General Sales Manager’s job is to provide leadership and guidance to the entire sales staff; control inventory, structure finance, resolve client issues and exceed the client’s expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs timely Sales member’s performance reviews Reviews, updates and manages inventory reports daily (Pace) Prepares and reviews monthly operational plan with General Manager Oversees all Sales members and processes Promotes company's values, convictions, policies and procedures Assists Human Resources in the hiring and disciplinary processes Creates and executes strategy for increasing market share Provides proper training to assure managers perform their duties properly Maintains professional relationships with manufacturers Utilizes Client Relationship Management (CRM) system daily to coach Sales Consultants to achieve monthly goals Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements Docusign Envelope ID : B677DA9C-5BCA-4DEE-B7DE-D58D51C0346D GSM REVISED 5 / 2 / 2012 2 Facilitates weekly department meetings Attends weekly Manager meetings JOB REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
