Responsibilities

- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Skills
- Experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is preferred.
