Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for senior living? Asbury Heights, a premier skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Pittsburgh, is seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly financial statements and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident accounts, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Supervise and train business office staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations for skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, especially as they relate to skilled nursing facilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
