Open Shifts: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am 3.5 days a week and every other weekend.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CBRF Caregiver to join our team at High Point Germantown North. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your dedication and commitment to providing high-quality care will be essential in helping us maintain our reputation as a leader in the industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CBRF certification
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a CBRF setting
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document changes in residents' health and behavior
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Skills:
As a CBRF Caregiver, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our residents and their families. Your attention to detail and ability to document changes in residents' health and behavior will be critical in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.
