Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or healthcare setting
- Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with special dietary needs
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and individual resident needs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and ensure proper storage and handling of food
