Maintenance Technician: Assists with preventative and general maintenance of the facility, including the building, equipment and grounds.
About the Role:
We are seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to join our team at Eagle's View Supportive Living and Memory Care. As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with to ensure proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar industry
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
