The Sales Assistant ensures all Finance and Insurance deals meet Federal and state regulations

• Schedules appoints for customers.
• Works directly with customers, salespersons, banks or other institutions to obtain additional information.
• Enters data into the computer.
• Creates and generates reports as needed or requested.
• Ensures trade-ins have the proper paperwork so car can be processed.
• Works with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered.
• Works with after-market service contracts to ensure compliance.
• Follows up on any necessary paper work to complete deals.
• Assists others as needed.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.
• Reports on time to work and follows the schedule provided for you. Calls supervisor if he/she cannot be to work on time.
