POSITION SUMMARY

As a Market Development Associate at ASC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the rapid drug test manufacturing and lab supply industry . You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and facilitating business growth. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, market research, and relationship-building skills.

OBJECTIVES

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Analyze competition to identify market gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and changes that may impact our business.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and referrals.
  • Create and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
  • Develop strategies to convert leads into clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Present our services and solutions to clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.
  • Provide feedback and insights on marketing initiatives based on client interactions.
  • COMPETENCIES

  • The ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Strong sales skills, including persuasion, objection handling, and the ability to close deals.
  • Effective networking skills to identify potential clients, industry contacts, and referral sources.

  • The ability to think critically and find creative solutions to client inquiries or objections.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical supply industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
