✨ What You’ll Do:As a vital member of our accounting team, you’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations and contribute to our overall business success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering and processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Collaborating with accounting and other internal departments
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Some accounting experience or relevant coursework (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
