Assembler

ASC Staffing Group is looking to hire assembly personnel for a manufacturing company located in the city of Valencia, CA.

The ideal candidate must have experience in soldering, utilizing hand tools, as well as reading manufacturing blueprints.

Overview
As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that components are accurately fabricated and assembled to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring precision and quality.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
• Assist in the movement of materials using forklifts as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot any assembly issues that arise during production and report them to supervisors.

Experience

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding assembly requirements.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual productivity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6AM-2:30PM
