ASC Staffing Group is looking to hire a Product Merchandiser for a distributor of Hispanic dairy product.
The Merchandiser plays a vital role in ensuring that products are displayed effectively and attractively in retail environments. This position involves lifting up to 50 lbs. and organizing shelves. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for retail, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Duties
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of products.
- Collaborate with store management to create visually appealing product displays that align with brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise areas to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in pricing products accurately and competitively to maximize sales potential.
Requirements:
- Prior merchandiser experience in grocery stores is a plus (Latinos markets a plus).
- Reliable transportation
- Open to extensive traveling
Requirements:
- Valid Driver License
- Able to pass a motor vehicle report
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization in merchandising areas.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred or in a Latino Supermarket.
