Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setters to join our team. This role is essential in driving our business development efforts by engaging potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team. We're Looking for Applicants Who Will:
- Engage in daily door-to-door interactions to create qualified sales consultations.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of interior and exterior upgrades and repairs.
- Actively participate in team training sessions and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Role Requirements:
- No previous sales experience necessary! Entry-level candidates welcome to apply.
- Flexible full-time and part-time availability (up to 40 hours weekly).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.
Compensation:
