Title: Customer Service Representative – Bilingual French
Duration: 09 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Cranberry Twp, PA-16066 (Onsite Role)
Pay Rate: $23/hr. on w2.
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish is nice but, not required.
- May respond to e-mail inquiries. Customer service is the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services.
- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
- Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and records consistent problem areas.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
- College degree is not a prerequisite but nice to have.
