Position Title:: Associate IT Support Analyst
Duration:: 12 Months
Pay $25/hr on w2
Locations:: Sylmar California 91342
Shift 7:30AM – 4PM M-F
Description:
- Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes troubleshooting, fault rectification and problem escalation.
- Provides effective and timely resolution of users’ problems, queries or complaints. Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT equipment. Skills they should have Windows, PC hardware, Active Directory
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary. I’m looking for someone with excellent communication skills and capable of self-managing their workload
2-5 years’ experience in IT or a degree in IT
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
